
10) Sports, Activities, Health Clubs & Treatments The rules of the venue must be adhered to by all party members at all times. The participation in certain sports or activities may be subject to height, weight & health restrictions. The party must advise before arrival date of any medical conditions that may affect health & safety when participating.
11) Flight Delays & Cancellations Whilst airlines try to avoid flight delays or cancellations, unfortunately they occasionally happen. The Company does not accept liability for failure to meet ground arrangements. The Company will do everything possible to ensure the transfers are available when the flight arrives & activity times are moved, but the Company will not provide a refund of any kind if transfers are not met or activities are cancelled due to flight delays or flight cancellations.
12) If the Party wants to Cancel the booking The party can cancel part of or all of the booking at any time until arrival date. If the Party want to cancel, the Company must receive written instructions to do so by the Group leader with signature. The cancellation fees will apply as accepted on time of booking. The charges reflect the Company’s estimated loss as a result of dealing with the booking until the point of cancellation.
The Company’s cancellation charges are as follows;
13) If the Party wants to change the booking Within the first 24 hours of booking, the party may amend the booking without charge. After the invoice is prepared & sent out via mail on the second day after booking, there will be a 18 pounds admin fee for each amendment that is made. If the Party size is reduced & does not reach minimum numbers the price per person will increase as the package prices are based on a minimum per party. After accepting the booking the Company will try to accommodate any amendments the party requires as efficiently as possible. However the Company cannot guarantee that availability will be there at the time of the request. Amendments cannot be made within 15 days of arrival date. Additional members can be added to the party size at any point until 15 days before arrival date. Before 30 days the additional cost will be added to the outstanding balance, if under 30 days, payment can be made on arrival in cash. The group is not permitted to transfer the reservation to a special offer that may subsequently become available.
14) Behaviour The Company can end the holiday at anytime if the behaviour of any party member is likely in the Company’s opinion to cause distress, damage or danger to or to annoy the Company’s other party members, employees, property or anyone else. If any member of the Party is prevented from travelling because a person in authority thinks the person is unfit to travel or likely to cause discomfort to or to disturb other passengers, the Company will not be liable to complete the arrangements for that person & will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs. The Company cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others in the same accommodation or using the same facilities or if an activity is removed due to the behaviour of others.
