
6) The Company´s Responsibility The Company’s responsibility to the party is to ensure the elements that make up the package have been booked & are available. The company will arrange everything from accommodation to transfers through methods that the Company have investigated & believe to be reliable & meet the standards that the Company think are suitable. We will monitor & control the performance of the methods used & change when necessary. If the company feel that any of the methods used do not meet a sufficient standard the Party will be refunded this part of their package. The Company will not accept liability for claims of personal injury arising as a result of an employee being negligent while in the course of their employment. The Company do not accept liability in the following circumstances:
- If any member of the party are at fault, this includes but not limited to; intoxication through drink or drugs, abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour or failure to abide to onsite rules & health & safety regulations.
- If the failure is the fault of someone else not connected with providing the services which make up the package booked.
- Any unusual or unexpected circumstances beyond the company’s control, which could not be avoided even if all care possible had been used.
- Any event which we or the supplier of any service could not help, expect or prevent.
7) Assistance while in Barcelona The group leader will have a contact number for an employee of the Company, that will be on call for the period of the holiday. The employee will offer prompt assistance if the Party suffer any difficulties while on in Barcelona, or need extra help with emergencies etc.
8) Itineraries Itineraries are planned with the benefit of the Company´s vast experience in this sector & knowledge of Barcelona. The Company considers all factors of the arrangements in order to create the best possible itinerary times available. The timings are based on latest start times & it is therefore recommended to the party that they arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity is due to begin. Lateness may affect the duration of the activity or may lead to cancellation of that particular activity. Bookings are made & accepted on the basis that everyone within the party participates in each activity. The Company is not liable should the activity be cancelled in the event of Lateness, members of the party not present, members are intoxicated or deemed unfit to participate.
9) Inclement Weather If the Company or a supplier cannot provide any activity due to the weather conditions, we will try to provide an alternative activity for your group. The Company does not accept liability if an alternative activity cannot be provided at short notice.
