Terms & Conditions

The terms & conditions are governed by Spanish Law as Party's 4 All is a Spanish Limited Company. Hereafter Party's 4 All will be mentioned as the Company.

1) The Group Leader The person placing the reservation will be the group leader & will be the point of contact throughout the period before arrival & during the holiday. To avoid confusion the Company will not enter into discussions with anyone else from the party accept the group leader, unless given prior notice. The group leader will be liable for payment & therefore it is the group leader's responsibility to collect monies from the rest of the party members. The group leader accepts full responsibility for paying for all members of the party & indemnifies the Company against losses arising from failure of party members paying. The group leader is responsible for ensuring that all party members know about & adhere to the Terms & Conditions. If there is a permanent change in the group leader the group leader must notify the Company in writing. (It is advisable that the group leader print out the terms & conditions & give a copy to each party member)

2) Placing a Booking All members of the party must be over the age of 18. When making the booking, the party enters into a contract with the Company. The Company will endeavour to confirm acceptance of the booking, once the deposit has been made. However the Company reserve the right to cancel the booking if the Company can not accommodate the booking. In which case the full deposit will be returned. Once the booking has been made via Internet, Telephone or E-mail, it is understood & agreed that the Group leader has read & accepts the terms & conditions.


3) Paying a deposit & making a Payment A deposit will be made at the time of booking via a Credit or Debit Card. The amount will be 25% & this is non-refundable at any stage, unless as stated the Company cancels the reservation. The outstanding 75% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival date. The payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Cash. If the group leader fails to make the payment 30 days before the arrival date the Company reserves the right to deduct the payment from the original Credit or Debit card given. If the Group leader advises of a delay of payment the Company will do everything possible to hold the reservation, but are authorized to cancel the booking at anytime until payment is received. The group leader can make more than 1 payment for the outstanding 75% if agreed with the Company.

4) Surcharges Once the Group leader has made the reservation & the Company has confirmed the booking, the price will not change, providing there is no change in the reservation. Surcharges may apply if the minimum number is not reached for an activity or event to proceed. If the Company facility costs should increase significantly after the change in the reservation, the Company reserves the right to apply these increases to the Parties balance. The group leader will be notified of this at the time & can decide to go ahead with the change in reservation or leave it as it was.

5) If the Company changes or cancels the booking The Company will try to avoid making changes to the arrangements made with the group leader. However the company may need to make changes as itineraries are made months beforehand. The Company reserves the right to amend or substitute alternative arrangements of any element in the booking, subject to operational or reasons beyond our control, to an equal or greater standard or value. Occasionally the Company needs to make major changes to your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If the Company change or cancel your booking due to the following reasons, war, threat of war, riots, civil strife or terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, airport closures, bad weather conditions & similar events beyond our control, no form of compensation will be given & the customer will need to claim from their travel insurance.
