
11) What is the procedure if I need to change the date of my booking?
Any amendments to the booking date need to be made at least 30 days before arrival date. This needs to be in writing & you will incur a small administration charge of €25 (£18 roughly) (Please see terms & Conditions for extra information) If you request to change the booking date within 30 days of arrival Party's 4 All cannot guarantee the amendment.
12) What is the procedure if I need to cancel my booking?
Please see cancellation procedures in the terms & Conditions section of the website, item number 12.
13) Do I need private travel insurance?
Yes, you do need to have private travel insurance that covers everything from Flight delays to Medical Bills. In order to make a booking you will need to accept the Terms & Conditions of Party's 4 All. By doing this you are stating that you have Private Travel Insurance as it is not provided by ourselves. Please check that your travel insurance is up to date & valid before your trip.
14) What happens if the flight to Barcelona is delayed or cancelled?
If you are made aware that you flight is delayed before you enter the plane, you must notify Party's 4 All immediately & we will do our best to make alternative transfer arrangements for your group. Party's 4 All cannot be held responsible if we are unable to make alternative arrangements for your group or if an item on the Itinerary is affected due to the delay. If your flight is delayed on takeoff, Party's 4 All will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes for your group & accommodate your group on the next available transfer. In the rare incidence that you are required to make your own way to your accommodation, a Party's 4 All representative will meet your group there as soon as possible. If your flight is cancelled & you are moved to another flight Party´s 4 All will make any arrangements possible to accommodate your group on the next available transfer. Party's 4 All cannot be held responsible if we are unable to make alternative arrangements for your group or if an item on the Itinerary is affected due to the delay. It is very important that you have full travel insurance in case of such an event.
15) Will we have help in Barcelona if we have any questions or need help?
On arrival you will be given an emergency number for a member of staff, that you are able to contact 24 hours a day, should you need assistance while in Barcelona. The member of staff will do their best to help you in anyway possible.
