6) How do I pay for my trip?

At time of booking you will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of you trip. This will be done on-line via Credit or Debit Card. You will receive receipt of this payment via postal services & via e-mail. If you do not have the facility to make the payment on-line, you would need to make a telephone booking & the payment will be made via Bank Transfer.
The outstanding 75% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival date. The payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash on arrival in special circumstances.

7) Does Party's 4 All offer group discounts?

Party's 4 All operates a 1 goes free policy, where by if the group size meets a certain number 1 person does not have to pay & enjoys being spoilt in Barcelona completely free of charge. *Please go to Useful Info for more details*

8) Are you able to add activities or extras to my package?

If there is something that you would like added to your package, as long as you tell us at least 30 days before your arrival date, we can arrange that for you & add the cost to the remaining balance. Extras can be requested up to 1 week before & paid for on arrival by cash only, but with short notice we cannot guarantee that the item will be available.

9) What is the procedure to add extra people to the booking?

An extra person can be added to your booking up to 1 week before arrival date, however in peak season it is advised to give us as much notice as possible in order to guarantee the place. If the amendment is made at least 30 days before the arrival date the extra cost will be added the remaining balance. If after 30 days before arrival date, payment can made on arrival by cash only.  

10) What is the procedure if I need to reduce the group size?

Your group size can be reduced up to 30 days before arrival & the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly. Some of the packages however have a minimum booking number & should your group size fall under this number, the price per person may increase. You will be made aware of this at the time of the amendment.
