Barcelona Aquarium is a very popular Barcelona attraction for kids and & those young at heart. Poble Espanyol de Montjuic
This Barcelona attraction is a small village with different quarters that replicate the style of houses and architecture from different parts of Spain. Poble Españyol is also home to a whole host of specialist craft shops workshops where you can see some traditional Spanish crafts being made. It is so interesting to watch as they use much of the same methods that they would have used many years ago. Poble Espanyol is also the venue for the Famous Flamenco show at Tablao de Carmen..
National Museum of Art of Catalunya (MNAC) This Museum holds a huge collection of the old Museu d'Art de Catalunya (Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque art collections) and much more. It was declared as a national museum and many thousands of people visit every year. The grounds are spectacular & the views from the top are breath-taking. Definitely a must for all art lovers.
La pedrera- Casa Mila
Another one of Antoni Gaudi's creations. This building used to be called Casa Mila but nowadays it's more commonly known as La Pedrera which means "The Stone Quarry". Gaudi was instrumental in completing this building in 1910 and his characteristic colourful designs are very evident on this masterpiece. This was Gaudi´s last civic work before dedicating the rest of his life to the Sagrada Familia.
Barcelona Football Club & Museum If you are a footy fan then this museum is a must -see. It has wall-to-wall trophies, pictures and statues of the greats. Even if you are not a football fan you will still enjoy the Museum as it has so much memorabilia. When you buy your ticket you have 2 options. One option is to visit the museum and to see the stadium, another option is to visit the museum and a fantastic tour of the football club, including visiting the changing rooms, VIP lounge, press conference areas etc. As you are at one of the largest stadiums in the world it is suggested to do the full tour of the grounds & you will not be disappointed.
Barcelona Zoo
